Graston Technique

Graston Technique® (GT) is a soft tissue mobilization technique used to treat acute, chronic and post-surgical soft tissue/muscle injury. This technique utilizes specifically designed stainless steel instruments to break up scar tissue, reduce fascial restrictions and improve the health of the muscle tissue.
